Shower With a Tea Kettle

Well the shower broke!  Not the whole thing just the hot water.  This makes for a very cold shower.  The kind that takes your breath away and leaves you cold for hours after the shower.  We tried to give the kids a shower in it and they screamed bloody murder, which by the way is what I wanted to do.  The alternative we came up with was to wash them with warmed up water from the tea kettle.  It actually worked out pretty well and the kids did not mind as much.  Melayna was leery of it so Lucas did the big brother thing and went first so she could see how it would go.  At least they do not smell and most of the dirt is off.  I am tempted to do the same for my shower in the morning.  At least the shower has good water pressure now so the shower can be quicker.  Let's just hope it gets fixed sooner rather than later or we will all start to stink.  Looking on the bright side we are using less wanted and saving the rain forests.  Go us!
