Good Lunch

Jared and I arrived at the special needs school today and were told we needed to go to lunch at the boss's place today.  They gave us ire tigon of what buses to take to get there and what time to leave.  We ventured out on the two buses we needed and looked for the stop we needed.  We got off the bus and then realized we had no address.  You see they have street names like 9 de Octubre and I was thinking that was the house number.  Luckily, I had my phone so we were able to find her place.  It was actually a restaurant.  Rosita apparently owns the restaurant too and is a good cook.  She made us civiche con camorones which is shrimp, lime juice, onions, peppers, tomatoes and a really good sauce and it is served with this popcorn like stuff and plantain chips.  She also gave us rice, potatoes, pork chop, salad, carrots and avocado.  It was delicious!  It was more food that I could ever eat, but I loved it so much, I was close to finishing it.  Afterwards we walked a little to find a bus home.  It turned out to be a great afternoon.  Now I am really looking forward to the goodbye picnic in a few weeks.  It should be awesome.
